"Acoustically driven pop sound, soaring vocals, with infectious lyrics and melodies, sheds a musical light on this talented songwriter.  We are drawn in by her honesty, all the while, tapping our feet and singing along. "

Jolana has been singing and writing music for over twenty years.  She holds her degree from Berklee College of Music for songwriting and vocal performance.  Her passion for composing led to the writing, producing, and performing her first album titled, Fickle Town (2004), which is available on ITunes.

Jolana is a regular featured composer and performer at the Composers Showcase of Las Vegas, held at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts, and has performed up and down the Las Vegas Strip.  She has traveled and performed all over the world, including the Edinburgh Fringe and the Annual Festival of Greek Theatre in Delphi, Greece.

Embracing new collaborations, Jolana has blended her love for composing music and live theatre.  She is the lyricist and co-composer of “Sudoku” the Musical.  The world premiere won ‘The Best of Fringe’ at the Vegas Fringe (2013).

Jolana loves to collaborate with fellow songwriters and artists alike. “It’s an exciting process to write a piece of music with someone. There are a lot of elements and trust involved.  Each artist is different.  As a songwriter, you have to be open and malleable.  No matter the song, it’s our job to bring the story to life.”

Jolana resides in Las Vegas and continues to compose, sell, and perform new original works.
